MEXICO — “Terrific Tuesdays” for preschoolers and homeschoolers will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesdays at the Mexico Public Library, beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 8. The story and craft hours will be held weekly, except the last week of each month.
On that week, preschoolers will be invited to join kids ages 5 to 10 for a multi-age “Wonderful Wednesday” program, held at 3:30 p.m. for approximately an hour. The programs will sometimes include stories and crafts, but will also occasionally include special guest presentations and “Holiday Happenings” (aka parties).
The first “Wonderful Wednesday” program will be the second annual “Apple-Paloosa!” on Wednesday, Sept. 30, at the Calvin Lyons Hall, next door to the library.
