Arrests
Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Oct. 6 in Rumford District Court:
• Stephanie Benedix, 50, Rumford, operating after suspension, 11:11 p.m. Aug. 30 on Middle Avenue in Mexico. She was released on $200 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Nov. 3 in Rumford District Court.
• Scott G. Knowlton, 42, Rumford, operating under the influence, 1:40 a.m. Aug. 30 on Rumford Avenue. He was released on $400 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Nov. 3 in Rumford District Court.
• Matthew McPherson, 18, Rumford, criminal trespass in St. Johns Cemetery after hours, 1:15 a.m. Aug. 29 on Isthmus Road. He was released on $200 unsecured bail.
• Timothy Tuttle, 20, Rumford, felony burglary and assault, 2:05 a.m. Aug. 28 on Lochness Road. He was released on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Dec. 17 in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris.
• Theodore Aubut, 20, Rumford, domestic assault, 1 a.m. Aug. 28 on Pine Street. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.
