Coach: Jake Gentle (second year)

Last year’s record: 11-2-2, lost in Western B quarterfinal

Returning letter winners: Seniors — Ashley Beaulieu (F), Caity Gamache (MF), Renee Moore (FB), Amber Cloutier (FB); Juniors — Kara Casella (MF), Shauna Riordan (MF/F), Ashley Fournier (FB), Kerstyn Ramich (FB/G); Sophomores — Haley Eck (FB), Brooke Lawrence (F), Katherine Lemieux (MF), Virginia Tolbert (MF).

Key losses:  Chelsea Dupal (FB), Sierra Guay (MF), Kerstin Kenney (FB), Megan Latour (MF), Sam Purcell (G), Stephanie Roy (MF).

Promising newcomers: Juniors — Ashli Canabush (MF), Katie McManus (MF); Sophomore — Alexa Harmon (G); Freshman — Kayla Angelico (F), Bandi-Jo Storman (F), Chelsea Huston (MF), Gabrielle Ouellette (FB).

Outlook: Purcell was an all-state keeper, but the Greyhounds still return 12 players from last year, including Beaulieu, who was an all-star forward. Lisbon has some holes to fill but has plenty of talent to lead the charge. The Greyhounds should be a team to watch in the MVC and another Western B playoff club.

Coach’s comment:

“I think we will be competitive in the MVC and hope to utilize the playoff experience these upperclassmen have obtained over the last three years. The MVC and Western B have many talented teams. With hard work and team play, we hope to have a great season.” — Coach
