Returning letter winners: Boys: Seniors — Ben Doughty, Zach Nichols, Josh James, Cody Dennett; Sophomore — Kameron Souza; Girls: Juniors — Anna Doyle, Molly Lindsey.

Key losses:  Pat Romar, Kevin Leavitt, Alex Cottrell.

Promising newcomers: Boys: Freshmen — Hunter Kilgore, Matt Pazdziorko; Girls: Sophomore  — Victoria Chamberlain.

Outlook: The Ramblers lost most of the nucleus from a group that finished third in the state last year. Souza, Doughty and Nichols give them a solid top three, but with just seven runners on the team, they can’t afford to lose anyone to injury. Doyle, who finished seventh in Class C last year, should be among the top individual runners in the MVC.
