GARDINER — The sixth annual Center Stage Series will bring comedy, song and dance, clowning and juggling to Johnson Hall Performing Arts Center this fall.

The lineup of performances follows:

On Sept. 26, Jones & Boyce, song and dance team; Oct. 24, stand-up comedy with John Ater, Tuck Tucker and Chris Mack; and on Nov. 21, The Big-Time Vaudeville Show featuring Michael Trautman and Michael Menes.

The song-and-dance duo Jones & Boyce (Brian Jones and Susan Boyce) will present a night of musical memories from the 1920s, ’30s and ’40s, radio comedy, a cappella singing, virtuosic tap and swing dancing – and a bit of dry wit.

Ater, Tucker and Mack, homegrown Maine comedians, have performed at the Comedy Connection in Portland and around New England. Mature audiences only.

For The Big-Time Vaudeville Show Trautman and Menes will offer clowning, juggling and feats of magic and derring-do. The two artists have performed worldwide.

Center Stage Series shows are at 7:30 p.m. on Saturdays at Johnson Hall Performing Arts Center, 280 Water St. Tickets are $16 for adults, $10 for children under 13. Series tickets are $42. All ticket prices include a $1 fee for the Johnson Hall Restoration Fund. Seating is limited. For reservations, call 582-7144 or e-mail [email protected].
