RUMFORD — Rumford Seniors announce there are still seats for the mystery trip on Oct. 7. The cost is $55 and the bus will leave from the center at 9 a.m. The price includes the bus, dinner and a surprise.
Seats are still available for the Fryeburg Fair on Oct. 6. The cost is $10, which will be returned when boarding the bus.
The Hollywood Slots trip on Sept. 17 is full, with a waiting list. There was an error in the newsletter.
The seniors will meet at noon Wednesday, Sept. 23. A speaker will talk on stress management. Members are asked to bring a dish to share for lunch.
The Christmas Fair will be held on Nov. 14. Seniors will need donations of muffins and other foods for the food sale, also craft items. Nov. 19 will be the last trip to Hollywood Slots until spring. The cost is $25 and the bus will leave at 8 a.m.
A Christmas party will be held Dec. 16 at the American Legion on Congress Street. The cost a person is $8.
