Sunday services

NORWAY — The Universalist Churches of Norway and West Paris will begin their regular Sunday services on Sept. 13 with a service of lay-led water communion. The title of the homily by the Rev. Richard Beal will be “The Water of Life.” Services are at 9 a.m. at the West Paris church, 128 Main St. and at 11 a.m. at the Norway church, 479 Main St.

The continuing series of evening Vesper services, which will meet at
6:30 p.m. Sept. 13, at the Norway church, will focus on “Hospitality
and the Stranger.”

Worship service

PARIS — Trinity Lutheran Church, 34 Buckfield Rd., South Paris, invites all to worship service at 10:15 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 13, the 15th Sunday after
Pentecost. Pastor Myhre will meet with the Sunday School youth at
9 a.m. to start a youth choir.

The service will be
followed by coffee and refreshments, then a stewardship open forum. Ruth Kelley will report about her Habitat For Humanity
experiences in Africa. All are invited.
