RUMFORD — Owner and operator Anthony DeIulio announces the opening of River Valley Rents, a new property management business specializing in referrals for the greater Rumford and Mexico area.

DeIulio previously managed a rental agency in Western Maine for five years. He attended college in Florida, majoring in marketing and entrepreneurship, then returned to Maine to operate the agency.

DeIulio now works full time with River Valley Rents. He shows all of the rental properties online and provides detailed information to buyers and sellers. He states that there is no charge to list with his business and provides showings, screening and leases if needed. A referral fee of a half-month’s rent would be charged only when a renter is lined up.
