Chester Tracy of Norway finishes painting the cupola at the Norway Grange No. 45 on Whitman Street on Monday. The painting of the 100-year-old building by the Phil Smith Painting Co. of Oxford is set to be completed by the end of the week. Smith said it will take about 100 gallons of paint and stain to complete the work.
