TOPSHAM — Midcoast Youth Theater will hold auditions for its fifth annual family production, “Irving Berlin’s White Christmas,” Thursday and Friday, Sept. 17-18, at Mt. Ararat High School.

This Broadway stage adaptation of the classic 1954 movie, starring Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye and Rosemary Clooney, features 17 timeless Irving Berlin songs, including “Blue Skies,” “I Love a Piano,” “How Deep Is the Ocean” and perennial favorite “White Christmas.”

Auditions for both adults and children will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Please bring completed audition forms, available at www.youth-theater.org. Those interested in solo singing roles should bring prepared music.

Performances are slated for Dec. 3-6 at Mt. Ararat High School.
