Bridge play

RUMFORD — The Rumford Bridge Club will meet at 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21., at the Senior
Center. Those interested in duplicate bridge are welcome to join.

Beano, lobster

DIXFIELD — The Neighborly Senior Citizens will have nickel beano on the first Wednesday of each month. Doors
will open at 12:30 p.m. with beano starting at 1 p.m. All are welcome,
beano is open to the public.

On Wednesday, Sept. 30, the group will sponsor a lobster feed at the Dixfield Legion at noon. There will be a choice of two lobsters, chicken or rib-eye steak. Included in the meal are two pounds of clams or mussels and two ears of corn on the cob.

Salads and dessert will also be served. Cost is $19.95 each person. To sign up, call Connie at 364-4189 or Carol at 364-4798. Everyone is welcome and those attending must sign up by Sunday, Sept. 27.
