Thanks to the Paris Fire Department and Double T Fence, the playground
at the Child Heath Center’s Oxford site received some much needed
attention. The 13 volunteers installed a brand new swing set, created a
new configuration of the existing climbing structure, installed a new
sandbox and new placement of climbing tires. Pictured from left are
Paris Fire Department members Jason Larson, Allen Larson, Tim Clifton,
Steve Billings, Willie Buffington and Ryan Arsenault, and Child Health
Center staff Rhonda Rackliffe, Jen Szantyr and Rebecca Hood. The Child
Health Center, located off Route 26 in Oxford, is a nonprofit
organization providing many services for children and families
including child care and preschool, specialized instruction, parent
place and Big Brothers/Big Sisters. To learn about any of the programs,
