UNITY, Maine (AP) – Police say a 39-year-old central Maine man faces charges for allegedly riding his lawnmower around town while drunk.
Jeffrey Cookson of Unity was charged Wednesday night with operating under the influence, operating after license suspension and operating beyond license restriction.
Waldo County Chief Deputy Robert Keating told the Bangor Daily News that Cookson was arrested after his department received several complaints about a man driving around town streets on the lawn mower.
