The following students have been named to dean’s list at Western New England College, in Springfield, Mass., for the spring semester of 2009. Students are named to the dean’s list for achieving a semester grade point average of 3.30 or higher. Richard L. Allen of Byron, a junior majoring in history; and Gerrit P.
