Robert L. Marcoux
1952 – 2009
AUBURN — Robert L. Marcoux, 57, of Perley Street, Lewiston died Thursday, Sept. 24, at The Hospice House of Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice, with his loved ones at his side.
He was born in Lewiston, April 18, 1952, a son of Lucien and Jeannette (Levesque) Marcoux. He worked for many years as a machinist. He enjoyed fishing, auto racing, the ocean and his music.
He leaves a daughter, Bobbie Blue of Virginia; his father, Lucien of Lewiston; a brother, Larry of Auburn; his dear aunt, Rita Marcoux of Lewiston, who cared for him this last year; two other aunts, Stella St.Pierre of Portland and Adrienne Rojek of Chicago; and several cousins.
He was predeceased by his mother, Jeannette.
The family would like to send a very special thank-you to Dr. Austin and Dr. Cabatingan and the entire staff at the Hospice House and at The Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice for the wonderful and compassionate care given to Robert.
