The Lewiston Police Department responded to 667 calls for service from 7 a.m. Sept. 18 and 7 a.m. Sept. 25. Of those calls, 139 were motor vehicle stops.

A vehicle parked at College and Davis street was damaged on Sept. 22 before 6:40 p.m.

A vacant apartment at 79 Strawberry Ave. was vandalized before 6 p.m. Sept. 19.

A vehicle parked at Hillview Apartments was damaged by what appears to have been a hit-and-run accident that occurred overnight Sept. 20-21.

The Central Maine Federal Credit Union at 1000 Lisbon St. was tagged with graffiti overnight Sept. 23-24; “WSL” was written in permanent black marker.

A vehicle parked at 4 Old Lisbon Road had a window damaged by a pellet gun overnight Sept. 21-22.

A vehicle parked at 7 Webster St. was damaged overnight Sept. 20-21.

Theft

A bright red 10-speed Sekine touring bike was stolen from 235 College St. between 5 p.m. on Sept. 21 and 9 a.m. Sept. 22.

A laptop computer was stolen from a student at the Cutten Center at 147 Russell St. before 7 p.m. Sept. 21.

Several women had their property stolen from the women’s locker room of the Underhill Ice Arena on Sept. 20 before 7 a.m.

A dealer plate was stolen from Anytime Towing at 1297 Sabattus St. before 4 p.m. Sept. 24.

A road construction site at Horton and Walnut streets had a Stihl 420 14″ cutoff saw stolen sometime between Sept. 22-23.

A bicycle was stolen from Lewiston High School at 156 East Ave. on Sept. 22 before 5 p.m.

A purple Murray 10-speed bicycle was stolen from the front of 220 Park St. on Sept. 21 at 8 p.m.

A vehicle parked at the Lewiston Library at 200 Lisbon St. had its license plates ME reg. 2410QC stolen on Sept. 19.

Burglary

An apartment at 90 Webster St. was burglarized overnight Sept. 23-24. A laptop and two video games were taken.

An apartment at 1 Buckley St. was burglarized between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Sept. 23.

An apartment at 28 Drew St. was burglarized before 5 p.m. Sept. 20. A flat screen TV was taken from inside.

A residence at 26 Drew St. was burglarized during the daytime on Sept. 17. Cash was taken from inside.

An apartment at 142 Horton St. was burglarized between Sept. 17 and 19. Cash and a PlayStation were taken from inside.

An apartment at 108 Pierce St. was burglarized before noon Sept. 21. A purse was taken from inside.

Motor vehicle burglaries

A vehicle parked at the CareerCenter at 5 Mollison Way was burglarized and had a purse taken from inside before 2:30 p.m. Sept. 24.

A vehicle parked at the Multi-Purpose Center at 145 Birch St. was burglarized overnight Sept. 18-19. The car had been left unlocked.

A juvenile was summoned on charges of motor vehicle burglary, burglary and theft on Sept. 24 at 9 a.m. A resident called to report that a male entered his truck that was parked at 118 Sabattus St. and stole his GPS. A short time later, a suspect was spotted based upon the caller’s description. He was riding a green Mongoose bicycle, which was called in as stolen a short time after he was brought in for questioning.

Robbery arrest

Randy Doggett, 18, was arrested on a charge of robbery at 1 p.m. Sept. 23 in connection with an altercation with a man.

OUI arrests

Mark Bridges, 51, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence and operating without a license Sept. 18 at 10:18 p.m. at 43 Walnut St.

Robert Cusson, 68, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence Sept. 24 at 9:15 p.m. at 1297 Sabattus St.

OAS arrests

Jakki Ducharme, 44, was arrested on charges of failure to register a vehicle, habitual motor vehicle offender and obscuring vehicle plates, Sept. 21 at 9:56 p.m. at Canal and Maple streets.

Joseph Gallo, 20, was arrested on a charge of operating while license suspended on Sept. 21 at 10:58 p.m. at 350 Bartlett St.

Kimberly Bean, 41, was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension on Sept. 24 at 5:30 a.m. at 41 Russell St. after a routine traffic stop.

Wanted

Vincent Steed, 28, is wanted on a warrant charging assault and violating conditions of release.

Amanda Waterhouse, 21, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to comply with contempt order.

Brock Gagnon, 29, is wanted on a warrant charging theft by receiving stolen property.
