Twin Cities arts enthusiasts kicked off October Arts and Humanities Month Wednesday at the community’s newest theatrical venue, “Downstage.” From left, Lewiston Mayor Laurent F. Montana launched the celebration, and Lewiston Youth Advisory Council member Mackenzi Masselli performed “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.” L/A Arts Director Andrew Harris highlighted the many happenings throughout the month of October.
