LEWISTON — My beloved “Blondie,” Jean E. Canuel passed away at the age of 71, on Tuesday, Sept. 29, at Central Maine Medical Center, with her family by her side.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Roger Canuel; son, Roger O. Canuel and wife, Sue; daughters, Linda Nelson and husband, Rick and Debbie Rioux and husband, Denis; grandchildren, Tanya, Heidi, Andrea, Ryan and Stephanie; great-grandchildren, Isabelle, Hunter, Brooklyn, Mason and Ethan; sister, Joan Crowell and husband, Phil; brother, Guy Hart and wife, Linda; as well as many other close family and friends. She will be greatly missed.
