AUBURN – The West Division champion Auburn Outlaws topped the Lewiston Division champ Skindivers, 10-7, to sweep a tight two-game series andn capture the Twin Cities softball championship.

Outlaws finished the season with 12 straight victories.

Winning pitcher James Bixby also went 2-for-3 and drove in three runs in the title game. Jeff Roy was 3-for-3. Ryan Pleau, Greg Brochu, Jim Buckhoff, Reggie Emery and Allan Hurd each delivered two hits, with Brochu driving in a pair of runs and Pleau, Buckhoff, Emery and Hurd each knocking in one.
