• A car driven by Sandra K. Marshall, 26, of Lewiston struck a tree, 8:15 a.m. Thursday on Montello Street. Damage to Marshall’s 1995 Buick was estimated at $8,000. It was towed.

• A car driven by Ottomar Gintner, 47, of Bonn, Germany, backed into a vehicle parked by Michael P. Alexander, 51, of Madisonville, Tenn., 9:05 p.m. Wednesday on Pleasant Street. Damage to Alexander’s 1996 Dodge pickup truck was estimated at $1,500; to the 2010 Chevrolet driven by Gintner and owned by National Rental Car of Newark, N.J., $2,500.

• Vehicles driven by Patricia A. Lavoie, 71, of Lewiston and Mark E. Short, 49, of Auburn collided, 5 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street. Damage to Lavoie’s 2005 Chevrolet was estimated at $1,500; to Short’s 2008 Toyota pickup truck, $1,200.

• Vehicles driven by Jose L. Mendoza, 46, of Mexico, and Austin Madeen, 19, of Scarborough collided, 3:45 p.m. Thursday on Center Street. Damage to Mendoza’s 2002 Chrysler was estimated at $3,500 and was towed; to the 1999 Chevrolet SUV driven by Madden and owned by David Merrick Madden of Scarborough, $100.

• Vehicles driven by Michael Tocci, 51, of Portland and Bernadette Landre, 30, of Auburn collided, 3:15 p.m. Tuesday on Turner Street. Damage to the 1998 GMC truck driven by Tocci and owned by Unifirst Corp. of Portland was estimated at $2,000; to the 1999 GMC SUV driven by Landre and owned by William L. Landre of Auburn, $5,000. It was towed.

• Vehicles driven by Jennifer L. Fyfe, 29, of Auburn and Richard Mecervier, 61, of Greene collided, 9:25 a.m. Wednesday on Mount Auburn Avenue. Damage to Fyfe’s 2006 Audi station wagon was estimated at $2,000; to Mecervier’s 2004 Dodge pickup truck, $500.

• A car driven by Richard L. Hardy, 63, of Auburn struck a utility pole, 7:45 a.m. Thursday on Interurban Road. Damage to Hardy’s 2004 Hyundai was estimated at $2,500.
