ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) — The Yankees have set a team record with their 243rd home run.

Alex Rodriguez hit three-run drive in the sixth inning of Sunday’s game against Tampa Bay. a drive off Rays rookie Wade Davis.

New York’s previous record was set in 2004. The Yankees homered in 127 of 162 games this season and hit 136 at their new $1.5 billion ballpark.
