There is a big problem in the great city of Auburn. There are candidates running for mayor or the City Council who are working for the county.

To me, that creates a conflict of interest. If elected to office, working for the county and also the city government doesn’t seem right to me, and might not to other voters.

In November, people should think of that when voting.

The people running for mayor or City Council who also work for the county should withdraw their names from the ballot.
