AUBURN — Carol A. Cook, 77, of New Gloucester, died Saturday, Oct. 10, at Clover Health Care Center.
She was born in Gray on July 3, 1932, the daughter of George and Arlene Davis Edwards, and attended school in Pownal. She had worked at various jobs , her last being at L.L. Bean. She loved making quilts.
Survivors include her children, Norman Cook Jr. of South Paris, Wanda Maschino and her husband, Dale, of New Gloucester, and Trent Cook and his wife, Susan, of Litchfield; four brothers, Roy, Clayton, George and Walter Edwards; and six sisters, Charlotte Colby, Becky Quintal, Janie Hanlon, Winona Benoit, Betty Mains and Annie Spaulding; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Norman Cook Sr.; and a son, Robert.
