The Lewiston postmastership will officially change hands Friday night.

The new postmaster, Roger Albert, will take over the duties and responsibilities of the office from acting postmaster Ronaldo E. Cailler.

Albert received his commission from President Eisenhower last week and official change of duties was scheduled for Friday to suit the convenience of postal inspectors who must be present to witness the transaction.

The change from one postmaster to another will take several hours as Cailler, Albert and the inspectors take stock of the supplies and equipment on hand which will be signed over to Albert who, in turn will sign a clearance form for Cailler.
