SOUTH PARIS — The Rape Education and Crisis Hotline will sponsor a Spurwink training from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.

The topic will be Child Sexual and Physical Abuse: Interviewing and Examinations. The training is designed for law enforcement, medical staff, social workers, advocates, victim witness advocates and prosecutors. Presenters will be Ellen Hurd and Hannah Pressler
from the Spurwink Child Abuse Program in Portland.

 The registration fee is $25 and the deadline to register is Monday, Oct. 26. Lunch and snacks will be provided. Checks should be made payable to: R.E.A.C.H. and mailed to R.E.A.C.H., P. O. Box 300,
