The program will include the national anthem, sung by the assembly; an invocation by the Rev. Steven Crowson of Trinity Episcopal Church; the history of the U.S. Marine Corps by Past Commandant Roland Cyr of the Central Maine Marine Corps League; a proclamation read by Jerry DerBoghosian, president emeritus, U.S.S. Canberra Association; the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Navy Service songs, sung by the assembly; “Taps” played by Roger Renaud; and “God Bless America,” sung by the assembly.
