Arrests

Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Dec. 8 in Rumford District Court:

• Casey Campbell, 27, Dixfield, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of criminal mischief, turned himself in at 9:15 a.m. Oct. 20 to the police station on River Street. He was released on $100 cash bail. An arraignment date has yet to be set.

• Michael P. Moore, 25, Rumford, operating under the influence and operating after suspension, 6:25 p.m. Oct. 17 on Waldo Street. He was released on $1,500 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Jan. 5 in Rumford District Court.

• Marlene Viger, 59, Rumford, domestic assault, 2:15 p.m. Oct. 15 on Hancock Street. She was released on $1,500 unsecured bail.

• Matheau Wilson, 33, Dixfield, violation of a protection order, 10:10 p.m. Oct. 12 in Dixfield. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

Crime

Oct. 15, 12:35 p.m.: A Milton Plantation resident accused former tenants of stealing a Husqvarna lawnmower when they moved out, and then sold the mower, which was valued at $2,000. The case is under investigation.
