AUBURN — Sherwood Heights School will host its second annual Fall Festival from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at the school, Sherwood Drive. The festival is open to the public.
The schedule of events will include basket raffles, pony rides, face painting, a cake walk and a bake sale. There will be a bounce house for children in third grade and younger, and older children can try their hand at the rock climbing wall.
Other activities will include painted pumpkin raffles, children’s crafts and a book fair.
The newest attraction for the festival will be a haunted house, which includes many donations from area businesses and community volunteers, said Jamie Beaudoin, president of Sherwood Heights PTO. The PTO Vice President, Tammy Morin, rallied fifth and sixth graders to get involved with the project.
