LEWISTON — The SeniorsPlus Mobile Office will be at the following locations during the month of November, with all stops focusing on assisting consumers with re-enrollment in the Medicare Part D prescription plan.

Open enrollment period is Nov. 15 through Dec. 31, and the Mobile Office staff will meet with people one-on-one to answer questions, compare plans and enroll on the spot if desired. An appointment is required, call SeniorsPlus at 1-800-427-1241 to schedule.

Wilton Town Office, 158 Weld Rd., from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5.

Lisbon MTM Center, 18 School St., Lisbon Falls, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6.

Fryeburg American Legion, 14 Bradley St., from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10.

Farmington Old South Church, 227 Main St., from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12.

Rumford Community Center, 50 Congress St., from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17.

Kingfield Town Office, 38 School St., from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18.

Norway Town Hall, 19 Danforth St., from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20.

Leeds Rural Community Action Ministry, 81 Church Hill Rd., from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24.

In the event of snow or ice, the Mobile Office will cancel its trip. Clients are asked to call SeniorsPlus in advance to check for cancellation if the weather is questionable.
