• James Wesley Whalen, 49, of 32 Horton St., warrant, 12:50 a.m. Wednesday at that address.

Lewiston

• Vehicles driven by Almont A. Wing, 72, of Lewiston, Marie Cyr, 47, of Greene, and Peter R. Ouellette, 42, of Minot, collided at 12:45 p.m. Sunday on Main Street. Damage to Wing’s 2001 Toyota was estimated at $1,000; to Cyr’s 2003 Ford, $3,000 and to Ouellette’s 1995 Oldsmobile, $5,000.

• Justin D. Bureau, 18, of Winthrop, lost conrol of his SUV at 2:10 p.m. Monday and struck a utility pole while turning from the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge onto Main Street. Damage to the 2001 Toyota, owned by Janice Bureau, of Winthrop, was estimated at $4,000. Damage to the pole, owned by FairPoint Co., also $4,000.

• Vehicles driven by David R. Cote, 48, and Megan Erin McKenney, 22, both of Minot, collided at 7:15 a.m. Tuesday on the Alfred Plourde Parkway off ramp at Lisbon Street. Damage to Cote’s 2000 Toyota was estimated at $1,000; to McKenney’s 2007 Toyota, $2,500.
