AUBURN — Central Maine Community College’s Lakeside Players theater troupe will present a series of brief one-act comedies on Thursday and Friday, Oct. 29-30.

The shows include “Funeral Parlor,” “Canker Sores and Other Distractions,” and “DMV Tyrant,” all by Christopher Durang; “Infant Morality” and “Whatever,” by Craig Pospisil; and “6:15 on the 104,” by Elinor Jones.

Among the cast members are Kaylee Lessard, Drew Masse, Katie St. Pierre, Riley McCurdy, Peter Jokinen, Bridget Fitzgerald, Heath Vigor, Samantha Colson, Deserae Kelley and Alycia Hawley.

The plays are directed by Mitchell Clyde Thomas and produced by Katie St. Pierre, who is also the group’s president.

Performances will be at 7 p.m. on Thursday and at 8 p.m. Friday in Kirk Hall Auditorium on the campus at 1250 Turner St.
Admission is free; the public is invited to attend.
