Robert Sadler

BRISTOL, Tenn. — Robert Sadler, 78, of 1104 Robins Meadows Lane, Bristol, Tenn., passed away on Monday, Oct. 26, at his residence.

He was born in Wappingers Falls, N.Y., a son of the late George Palmer Sadler and Mercedes Gillen Sadler. He graduated from Edward Little High School in Auburn and attended the University of Connecticut. He had lived for the past three years in Bristol.

He was a former production control manager for Raytheon and a tavern owner in Maybrook, N.Y. He also worked for Alos Micrographics as a production control supervisor in Montgomery, N.Y. He attended Volunteer Baptist Church and was active in Maybrook Little League. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Richard Sadler. 

Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Mary Ann Bivens Sadler; son, Thomas Robert Sadler of Lords Valley, Pa.; granddaughters, Michelle and Keli Sadler of Middletown, N.Y.; sister, Joan Thibodeau and Henry, of Lewiston; brother, Jack Sadler of Augusta; two sisters-in-law, Fredene Casteel and husband, Wayne, of Bristol, Tenn., and Jewel Chapman and husband, Douglas, of Freemont, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews.
