I thank Joyce White for her letter (Oct. 24) “No good entertainment.”

Why is it that adults will use any animals, both large and small, with such a lack of caring about what those poor creatures have to go through to entertain other people? I can see the terror and hurt in those poor creatures.

Animals are No. 1 in my life and will remain there.
