LEWISTON — The Senior College “Food for Thought” luncheon program series at USM/Lewiston-Auburn on Friday, Nov. 13, will feature a talk by Marcy Covey on “Yoga for Your Health.”

Covey is a wellness educator at Central Maine Medical Center and was the innovator and creator of the CMMC employee and community wellness programs. She most recently has completed a two-year yoga instructor training program with Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and is a practitioner of Thai Yoga Bodywork, a healing art that she also provides at her Dragonfly Healing Touch studio in Poland.

Senior College, now in its 11th year, presents the monthly noon luncheon program in the Function Room 170 at USM LAC. The cost, which includes lunch, is $7 with advance reservation or $8 at the door, opening at 11:30 a.m. Reservations must be made no later than noon Thursday, Nov. 12, by phone at 753-6510. Any late callers will be considered as “at the door.”
