The student body at Central Maine Community College has elected Student
Senate representatives for the current academic year. The Senate
provides an opportunity for students to develop skills in public
service and leadership and provides a forum for students to represent
themselves in matters affecting their education and student life. The
Student Senate has been busy meeting with one of its largest groups
ever – 42 student senators. Several new student organizations are
getting started and many events are being planned. Student Senate
officers from left are Ryan Smith, secretary; Jill Bouchard, treasurer;
Kristin Gillis, president; and Patrick Milligan, vice-president.
