The Rev. Douglas and Sonia Taylor, pictured, directors of The Jesus Party urban youth outreach, will conduct a prayer service at Jesus Party headquarters, 291 Bates St., Lewiston, at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13.
Assistant Pastor, the Rev. James Span, will officiate by anointing
prayer
participants with olive oil and offering prayer for good health during
the flu season. Children in attendance will view a 23-minute, age
appropriate film produced by Schlessinger Media entitled "Personal
Health and Hygiene for Children." The community is welcome to
participate by attending the service or by e-mailing a child’s
first name, last initial and their age, that they want prayed
for, to [email protected] or by calling 786-5568.
