A window at CMMC at 29 Lowell St. was broken by a thrown rock on Nov. 7 at
1:40 a.m.
A vehicle parked at 527 Main St. had its tires slashed overnight Nov. 12-13.
Numerous vehicles in the lot of 46 Tall Pines Dr. had their tires slashed overnight Nov. 11-12.
A mailbox at 190 Old Greene Road was smashed overnight Nov. 11-12.
A vehicle parked at 8 Stewart St. was keyed before 2 p.m. Nov. 8.
A vehicle parked at 11-5 PVA had its tires slashed overnight Nov. 1112.
A boat at 1071 Lisbon St. had paint dumped all over it overnight Nov. 10-11.
The ATM machine at Central Maine Federal Credit Union at 1000 Lisbon St. was tagged with graffiti overnight Nov. 9-10.
A vehicle parked at 287 Bates St. had its tires slashed overnight Nov. 11-12.
A rear window of the Derby club at 40 Walnut St. was broken out prior to 11:30 p.m. Nov. 6.
A vehicle parked in the Chestnut Street Garage at 29 Chestnut St. had a window smashed out of it prior to 10:30 p.m. Nov. 3.
One of the gates at the Centreville Parking Garage at 52 Canal St. was broken off prior to 4 p.m. Nov. 1.
The Twelve Hour Club at 120 Lisbon St. was tagged with graffiti prior to 2 p.m. Nov. 1.
All of the gates at the Chestnut Street Parking Garage were broken off overnight Oct. 31-Nov. 1.
Theft
A plow was stolen from a fenced in area of 69 Holland St. prior to 11:30 a.m. Nov. 11. A lock was cut to gain entry.
A customer of the 7-Eleven store at 345 Main St. had their purse stolen before 3:50 p.m. Nov. 08.
A snowblower was stolen from inside a fenced area at 56 Pettingill St. overnight Nov. 11-12.
A mailbox was stolen from 477 Main St. between 1 p.m. Nov. 3 and 4 p.m. Nov. 4.
A vehicle parked at 40 Mary St. was burglarized overnight Nov. 6-7; change was
taken from inside.
A pair of Ugg boots were taken from the women’s locker room at the Health Club and Spa at 1977 Lisbon St. between 5:57 to 6:43 Nov. 7.
A vehicle parked at 121 South Ave. was burglarized between 11 p.m. Nov. 6 and 4 a.m. Nov. 7. A chop saw was taken from the back seat.
A vehicle parked at 308 Webber Ave. was burglarized overnight Nov. 6-7. A hand-held GPS was taken from inside.
A pink 2007 Hoffman Disrupter BMX bicycle was stolen from 221 Lincoln St. the evening of Nov. 2.
A purple spray painted Razor Scooter was stolen from 103 Park St. at 3 p.m. Oct. 30.

A vehicle parked in the CMMC lot at 70 Middle St. was burglarized between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. A soft top was cut to gain entry, A GPS and Sirius radio were taken from inside.
A vehicle parked at 167 Montello St. was burglarized overnight Nov. 12-13. Property was taken from inside.
A vehicle parked at 1018 Sabattus St. was burglarized overnight Nov. 11-12. A
window was smashed to gain entry. A stereo faceplate was taken from inside.
A vehicle parked at 65 Dawn Ave. was burglarized overnight Nov. 6-7. A backpack was taken from inside.
A vehicle parked at 8 Parker St. was burglarized overnight Nov. 6-7. A US
Cellular cell phone was taken from inside.
A vehicle parked at the Colisee at 190 Birch St. was burglarized between 1 and 1:30 p.m. Nov. 9. A Microsoft Zune and cigarettes were taken from inside .
A vehicle parked at 6 Barron Ave. was burglarized overnight Nov. 7-8. Cash was taken from inside.
A vehicle parked at 2 Cedar St. was burglarized overnight Oct. 30-31. A stereo faceplate was taken from inside.
Burglary
A residence at 29 Davis St. was burglarized prior to 6:30 on Nov. 6. Property was taken from inside. Entry was gained by kicking in a rear entry door.
A construction trailer at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center at 45 Golder St. was burglarized sometime in the previous month, a nail gun and some cash were taken from inside.
A residence at 170 Rideout Ave. was burglarized between 1 and 4 p.m. Nov. 11.
Entry was gained by breaking a basement window. Property was taken from inside.
An apartment at 64 Scribner Blvd. was burglarized before 4:30 p.m. Nov. 6. Property was taken from inside.
A residence at 187 Pine St. was burglarized overnight Nov. 10-11. A Nintendo Wii was taken from inside.
An apartment at 78 Horton St. was burglarized overnight Nov. 9. A wallet was taken from inside.
An apartment at 277 Lisbon St. was burglarized prior to 4 p.m. Nov. 10. An door was damaged to gain entry.
An apartment at 277 Lisbon St. was burglarized between 7:30 a.m. and 10:45 p.m. Nov. 8. Property was taken from inside.
Operating Under the Influence
Steven St. Pierre, 40, charged with OUI, on Nov. 7 at 12:55 a.m. on Mitchell Street after an accident with
no injuries.
Steve Anctil, 22, charged with OUI, operating a vehicle without a license, attaching false plates, theft, failure to register vehicle, and a probation hold on Nov. 7 at 2:51 a.m. at Sabattus and Genest streets.
Matthew Rouille, 19, charged with OUI on Nov. 7 at 7:14 p.m. at Canal and Maple streets after a minor
accident.
Raymond Cloutier, 57, charged with OUI on Nov. 11 at 11:53 p.m. at Farwell and Sabattus streets.
Eric Pelletier, 39, charged with OUI, violating conditions of release, attaching false plates and failure to register vehicle on Nov. 9 at 12:07 a.m. at Main and Pettingill streets.
Operating After Suspension
Maureen Lake, 25, charged with OAS on Nov. 7 at 7:47 a.m. at 199 Oak St.
Lucas Foster, 28, charged with OAS, violating conditions of release and refusing to sign a summons on Nov. 9 at 4:54 a.m. at 178 Bartlett St.
Wanted
Mark Barrett, 44, is wanted on a warrant charging unpaid fines for operating after suspension.
Christina Earle, 23, is wanted on a warrant charging criminal threatening and assault.
Richard Sugars, 27, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for domestic violence assault.
