Captive Elements will host an opening reception for resident artists Melanie Therrien and Jeanelle Demers from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, at its 25 Landry Road, Lewiston, location. Therrien is an art instructor with the gallery and has illustrated two children’s books.
