The raffle is a popular feature of the "Christmas by the Lake" fair at St. Philip’s Church, located on Route 4, across from Lake Auburn. Dozens of prizes will be awarded, including a snowblower, a king-size quilt and a vintage-style electric heater. A silent auction will also offer fair-goers the opportunity to bid on several items. The fair will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21 and from 9 a.m. to noon Sunday, Nov. 22. Winning raffle tickets will be drawn at the end of Saturday’s fair.
