BRUNSWICK — Glenn Beck’s personal story of love, faith and family will return this holiday season with a new installment of “The Christmas Sweater,” a live in-theater event in New York to be shown in theaters nationwide on Thursday, Dec. 3.
“The Christmas Sweater
— A Return to Redemption,” based on Beck’s best-selling book, will be shown at 8 p.m. at Brunswick 10. Tickets are $20, $18 for a taped encore performance on Thursday, Dec. 10.
The popular stage show will pick up where the story left off last Christmas and chronicle the life-changing impact it had on people across the country.
Based on a deeply personal true story, “The Christmas Sweater” is a
narrative of a boy named Eddie who takes audiences on his tragic and
painful road to manhood. It takes a battle with himself, his family and
his faith to help Eddie fight through the storm to the realization that
he already had life’s most valuable treasures.
Presented by NCM Fathom and Mercury Radio Arts, “The Christmas Sweater
— A Return to Redemption” reveals the real-life events that inspired
Beck to write “The Christmas Sweater.”
The show will be broadcast from the Skirball Center for the Performing Arts at New York University, with one of New York’s premiere choirs opening and closing the performance with uplifting holiday music.
“‘The Christmas Sweater — A Return to Redemption’ is a celebration of
everything that makes the holiday season so meaningful and I am excited
that NCM Fathom is going to help me share brand new stories of
inspiration with audiences across the country,” said Beck, one of America’s leading radio and television personalities.
Tickets are available at Brunswick 10 and at www.FathomEvents.com. Brunswick 10 is at 19 Gurnet Road.
