• Triston Libby, 20, of 145 Tripp Lake Road, Poland, warrant by Androscoggin Sheriff’s Office, 12:04 a.m. Monday.

• Robert Maheux, 25, a transient, operating under the influence with one prior, failure to sign, 1:42 a.m. Monday on Route 126, Sabattus by Sabattus Police Department.

Auburn

• A car driven by Michelle D. Roberge, 44, of Windham hit a deer, 6:15 p.m. Friday on Washington Street. Damage to Roberge’s 2001 Hyundai was estimated at $3,000.

• Vehicles driven by Trevor M. Smith, 21, of Leeds and Aaron C. Buzzell, 25, of Lewiston collided, 2:20 p.m. Wednesday on Washington Street. Damage to Smith’s 1999 Volkswagen was estimated at $3,000; to Buzzell’s 1993 Chevrolet pickup truck, $5,500. It was towed.

• A car driven by Tina M. Linscott, 32, of Gray was struck by a deer, 7:10 p.m. Wednesday on Center Street. Damage to the 2008 Chevrolet driven by Linscott and owned by James Albert Linscott was estimated at $3,000.
