Dan Grover of Bethel, an employee of Bancroft Contracting Co. in Paris, worked Tuesday to install a new playground fence in front of Rowe Elementary School in Norway. The old fence, which can be seen in the background, was deemed unsafe by school officials. Shrubbery that surrounded the fence for decades was removed during the project .
