The Lewiston Public Library invites youngsters and their families to a free, half-hour dance presentation at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, featuring student performers from Androscoggin Dance. Planned as a prelude to the Twin Cities "Parade of Lights," which kicks off at 6 p.m. with a tree-lighting at Dufresne Plaza, the dance will take place in Callahan Hall. Student dancers will demonstrate ballet, jazz and modern dance, with commentary by Androscoggin Dance director Elizabeth Hansen. Performing will be Kiah Baxter, Heather Baxter, Melina Plummer and Erin Malone, all of Lewiston; and Sara Spellman and Sophie Wallace of Auburn. Performing above are Laura Hansen of Auburn, a member of Androscoggin Dance Company, and Kiah Baxter. The library is at 200 Lisbon St. For more information, call 513-3135.
