County Republicans

NORWAY — The Oxford County Republican Committee will meet on Tuesday, Dec. 8, at the Masonic Hall, 9 Temple St. The social hour will begin at 5:30 p.m. with dinner at 6:30. Glen Holmes will discuss the Candidate Support Committee.

SOUTH PARIS — Trinity Lutheran Church, 34 Buckfield Road, welcomes all children to Sunday School at 9 a.m. and all people to worship service at 10:15 a.m. on the Second Sunday in Advent, Dec. 6. Worship service will be followed by coffee, refreshments and fellowship.

Annual sale

WEST PARIS — The annual Christmas sale at Ledgeview Living Center, 141
Bethel Road, will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30
p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 8 and 9 and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday,
Dec. 10. Donations of homemade goods and
crafts are being accepted. 

Christmas caroling

BUCKFIELD — Everyone is invited to join the Nezinscot Voices and Junior
Voices for Christmas caroling and the lighting of the tree at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8, at the gazebo in
front of the town office. Hot
cocoa and cookies will be available at the church.

Church service

SOUTH PARIS — The Rev. Henry Male will be the worship leader for the 10 a.m. service
at the First Universalist Church, 36 Pine St., on Sunday,
Dec. 6. Forest Perkins will lead the music and Renee Wales will
direct the Sunday School. The coffee hour will follow in Good Cheer
Hall. Child care is provided. Everyone is welcome.
