RUMFORD — The Strathglass Property Owners Association will meet at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, in the conference room of the town hall. SPOA shirt orders will be available at that time.

WOWS to meet

Snowmobile club

ROXBURY — The Roxbury Slippery Sliders snowmobile club will meet on Tuesday, Dec. 8, at the home of Sylvia Touchette.
Members are asked to bring a $5 gift for a gift swap. The
meeting will start at 6 p.m. with a potluck supper. 

Christmas party

RUMFORD — The Rumford Senior Citizens Christmas party will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec.
16, at the American Legion, Congress Street. The cost is $8 each person. There will be entertainment and a holiday dinner. Those wishing to attend should respond by Thursday, Dec. 10.

County Republicans

NORWAY — The Oxford County Republican Committee will meet on
Tuesday, Dec. 8, at the Masonic Hall, 9 Temple St. The social hour will
begin at 5:30 p.m. with dinner at 6:30. Glen Holmes will discuss the
Candidate Support Committee.

Members are asked to bring a donation of
dry or canned goods to help stock the local area food banks ahead of
