Franklin County Superior 

FARMINGTON — The following cases were closed recently in Franklin County Superior Court:

William H. Ames, 38, Wilton, aggravated criminal trespass, aggravated criminal mischief, domestic violence assault, theft by unauthorized use of property, violating condition of release on Nov. 14, 2008, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to three years with all but nine months suspended, probation two years, restitution of $100; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to three years with all but
nine months suspended, probation two years, restitution of $100; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to nine months; fourth and fifth charges dismissed.

William H. Ames, 38, Wilton, tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, violating condition of release, domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening on April 1, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to three years with all but
nine months suspended, probation two years; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to three years with all but
nine months suspended, probation two years; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to nine months; fourth charge dismissed.

William H. Ames, 38, Wilton, violating condition of release on May 2, dismissed.

Cheryl B. Arsenault, 48, Auburn, criminal trespass on April 12, filed with no cost.

Nickk E. Ayala, 39, Mount Vernon, operating under the influence-two priors, operating vehicle without license-cond/restric on April 17, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,100, sentenced to 30 days, license suspended six years; second charge dismissed.

Nickk E. Ayala, 39, Mount Vernon, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, violating condition of release on April 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to seven days; second charge dismissed.

William E. Baxter, 58, Jay, assault on June 30, 2008, dismissed.

Cory James Bellefeuille, 28, Lewiston, violating condition of release on March 26, 2008, sentenced to 60 days.

Tucker Blythe, 20, Rangeley, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 21, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500, sentenced to seven days.

Andrew J. Bosco, 20, Jay, Vt., criminal mischief on Nov. 10, 2007, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Ronald G. Cabe, 53, Strong, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, aggravated cultivating of marijuana, criminal forfeiture of property on Oct. 21, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $2,000, sentenced to five years with all but one year suspended, probation two years; second charge dismissed; third charge forfeited.

Ronald G. Cabe, 53, Strong, aggravated cultivating of marijuana, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, violating condition of release on Jan. 27, dismissed.

Carl D. Chadbourne, 47, Strong, aggravated trafficking marijuana-20 pounds or more, aggravated cultivating marijuana-five to 100 plants on Jan. 1, dismissed.

David Cook, 26, Wilton, manslaughter on Nov. 29, 2008, guilty, sentenced to 20 years in jail, with all but six years suspended. Will serve four years probation.

Michael W. Crawford, 40, Wilton, N.H., two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Oct. 3, 2008, one count dismissed; second charge pending after Crawford failed to appear for court appearance.

Patrick R. Crocker, 44, Farmington, gross sexual misconduct on Jan. 1, 1986, sentenced to 45 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Brandice M. Dotolo, 27, Phillips, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 11, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days all suspended, probation one year.

Travis N. Dove, 34, Carthage, aggravated criminal trespass on July 20, 2006, probation violation, sentenced to four days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Christopher Downs, 38, Industry, domestic violence assault on Oct. 18, 2008, dismissed.

Jonathan B. Durrell, 28, West Farmington, domestic violence assault on Aug. 19, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days all suspended, probation one year.

Patrick J. Dyer, 28, Windham, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, aggravated criminal mischief on March 7, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 10 months each.

Krystin M. Feole, 30, Salem Township, burglary, forgery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 11, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 18 months with all but seven days suspended and probation two years on first charge; sentenced to seven days each on second and third charges.

Krystin M. Feole, 30, Salem, acquiring drugs by deception, violating condition of release on Sept. 4, 2008, fined $500 on first charge; sentenced to seven days each.

Scott Fletcher, 50, New Vineyard, aggravated assault on Jan. 20, 2003, sentenced to six years with all but two years suspended, probation four years.

Denise M. Gauvin, 61, Jay, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on April 11, dismissed.

Gail Gavigan, 62, Dallas Plantation, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 1, 2004, theft by receiving stolen property on Aug. 25, 2008, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 1, 2004, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 90 hours all suspended, restitution of $45,000.

Sean E. Haley, 26, Madrid, criminal conspiracy on Aug. 5, 2006, sentenced to six days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Ryan A. Hurd, 24, Lincoln, manslaughter, operating under the influence-injury on Oct. 17, 2007, found not guilty on first charge; finding on second charge is stayed on appeal to the Law Court.

Keith B. Kynock, 29, Cotuit, Mass., passing a roadblock, driving to endanger, failing to make oral or written accident report on Aug. 6, 2007, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575, license suspended 30 days; found guilty on third charge, fined $300.

Timothy Lagasse, 20, Lewiston, two counts of burglary on June 17, 2008, probation violation, sentenced to 14 days each, probation partially revoked and continued.

John P. Lamanna, 49, Rangeley, operating under the influence, refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Feb. 20, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Michael Lascko, 56, Fayette, theft by unauthorized use of property on Feb. 20, filed with cost of $100.
