Philip B. MacDougall

1960 – 2009

LEWISTON — Philip B. MacDougall, 49, died unexpectedly Wednesday evening as a result of an accidental fall at a friend’s home in Lewiston.

He was born in Lewiston on Aug. 4, 1960. He was educated in Litchfield schools, and attended Oak Hill High School. He was employed as a construction worker, and loved helping family and friends with chores.

He was a carefree man who enjoyed traveling, as well as being with family and friends. He especially liked going fast on motorcycles. He will be sadly missed.

Survivors include his wife from the Philippines, Liza (Tenebro) MacDougall; his son, Jonathan Hatch from Litchfield; his father, Charles MacDougall of Litchfield; three sisters, Pauline Maxwell of Clinton, Christina Beaulieu of Sydney, and Kathleen Stahl of Jacksonville, Fla.; and one brother, Mike Soucy of West Gardiner. Also surviving is his friend, David Sands.

He was predeceased by his mother, the former Nancy Stevens, and a sister, Johanna.
