AUBURN — Dennis Lajoie, director of real estate and subsidiary operations for Community Concepts Inc., 79 Main St., Auburn, has been appointed to the 2010 Federal Home Loan Bank advisory council. A25-year employee of Community Concepts, he is one of two representatives from Maine.

The council advises the bank on the administration of its special programs for housing and community development. Each of the New England states is represented on the council, which meets quarterly.
