Arrests

Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on March 12 in Rumford District Court:

• Jessica Bouchard, 31, Rumford, charged with operating after suspension, 9:30 a.m. Dec. 8 on Lincoln Avenue, released on $600 unsecured bail.

• Roberto Colon, 42, Mexico, charged with operating a motor vehicle after revocation (habitual offender status), 10:28 a.m. on Route 108, released on $200 cash bail.

• Jesse Arsenault, 22, Peru, charged with operating under the influence, 12:40 a.m. Dec. 5 on Falmouth Street, released on $1,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on March 2 in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris.

• Lee Norris, 34, Rumford, charged with domestic violence assault, 6:50 p.m. Nov. 29 on Congress Street, released on $400 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Jan. 5 in Rumford District Court.
