Vendor fair

LEWISTON — The Maine Event Parents Association will sponsor a Holiday Vendor Fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 12, at Maine Event Cheer, 284 Park St.

The event will feature a number of products available for on-site purchase.
Product representatives will also take orders for later delivery.
Purses and New England Patriots clothing items will also be available for purchase.

Bridge winners

LEWISTON —
The Lewiston-Auburn Social Bridge Club winners at the Multi-Purpose Center on Dec. 7 were as follows: first, Lue Bilodeau and Luke Merry; second, Jan Arey and Linda Leotsakos; third, Ellie and George Wigton; fourth, Paul Sherman and Les Buzzell.

First in strata B, Ellie and George Wigton; second, Cynthia and Bill Clifford.
Games are played at 9 a.m. Mondays and Tuesdays and at 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays, at Schooner Estates. A partner is guaranteed. Call Rosemarie Goodwin at 754-1431 for information about all duplicate bridge games in the area.

Legion meeting

AUBURN — The Alden M. Gayton Post 31, American Legion, will hold a
joint supper and meeting with the Auxiliary at 6
p.m. Monday, Dec. 14.

The meal will include meatball subs, spicy fries, coffee
and devil’s food cake. A donation of $2 is requested. A short business
meeting will follow the meal. Members are reminded that dues for the
year are now due and are asked that they be paid prior to the meal. A
50/50 drawing will also be held.

Christmas concert

NEW GLOUCESTER — The Sanctuary Choir of the First Congregational Church will present its annual Christmas concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13. The program will include many old
favorites, some sacred, some popular as well as contemporary
Christmas anthems.

The choir is under the direction of Beth Barefoot,
minister of music. Soloists for the program will include Emily Tynes, flute; Carl Cowan, tenor; Calvin Moisan, tenor; and Carrie
Cattabriga, soprano.

The concert is open to the public. Refreshments will be served after the concert in Community Room.
There is no admission charge. A free will offering will be taken to support the music ministries of the church.
